The Agency is a fun and simple interactive media (business game) to learn fundamental elements of marketing process. In a session, the players are divided into two groups. One group acts as an agency, in search of the best candidate for company’s open position. The other group acts as a group of talented employees, looking for new opportunity.
Each group needs to find the right match for their needs and in the same time competing with the other members in the group. One copy of the game can accommodate 4-6 players in one fun and fast interactive session. The game is designed to motivate communication, persuasion, negotiation, deduction, and analysis thinking.
